Shazzle Chat

• Open the chat from where you want to forward the message/file
• Touch and hold the message/file you want to forward
• On the appeared menu at the top of the screen touch the “Forward” button
• Select the chat where you want to forward your message/file
• Fill the text field with text if you want and touch the “Send” button to send the message/file

• At first, we need to open the chat conversation from where we are going to copy the photo
• Open the photo by touching it
• Touch the “Share” button at the bottom left side of the screen
• Touch the “Copy ” button
• Go to the app where you want to paste your photo
• Touch and hold the text field and select the “Paste” function

• At first, we need to open the Settings screen from Main Chats via navigation buttons at the bottom of the screen
• Find and touch the “Change Background” button
• Select any of the presented pictures by touching it and back to your chats

• First, we need to open a chat where we are going to delete messages
• Touch and hold the message you want to delete
• Select other messages you want to delete, touch the “Delete” button
• Choose and touch the “Delete for everyone” or “Delete for myself”

• There are two ways to reply to a message:

1. Swipe the message bubble to the left
2. Touch and hold the message you want to reply to

• If you chose the first way, then you just need to fill in the text field and send
• If you chose the second way, then you need to touch the “Reply” button, enter the text into the text field and “Send” message

• We will start from the Main Chats screen (All Chats screen)
• Open a chat with the contact you want to block
• Open the Contact’s Profile screen by touching contact’s avatar or contact’s name
• Set the “Block User” trigger active

• To unblock this contact open Settings, scroll down to “Blocked Users” button and touch it
• Open the profile of blocked user
• Set the "Blocked User" trigger to inactive position

• We will start from the Main Chats screen (All Chats screen)
• Open the group chat conversation where you want to add a new member
• Open Group Profile screen by touching group avatar or group name
• Touch the “Add Members” button
• Find the contact you want to add to the group and touch the “Done” button

• At first, we need to open the Settings screen, you can do it via navigation buttons at the bottom of the screen
• Scroll down to the “Password” button and touch it
• At opened screen set the “Turn Password” trigger in active position
• Enter password twice on the appeared screen

• We will start from the Main Chats screen (All Chats screen)
• Find and touch the “New Message” button at the top right corner of the page
• Find and touch the “Invite friends” button
• Select (touch) the contacts you want to invite from your contacts list
• Touch the “invite to ShazzleChat” button
• Then the app creates an Invitation SMS and redirects you to the SMS service, you need just to send SMS with a link to your friends.

• At first, we need to open the Settings screen, you can do it via navigation buttons at the bottom of the screen
• Find and touch the “Help & Support” button
• If you want to ask a question or have an idea for improving ShazzleChat you need the “Help & Support” option
• In case you have a technical problem in the app, you need to select the button “Report a Problem”
• Check if your email address is spelled correctly. Provide a brief description to help developers understand the problem. Attach photo if needed
• If you selected Report a Problem, make sure that the "System Logs" are enabled. Otherwise, if you have selected the Help and Support option, then you do not need to send system logs
• Touch the “Send” button to send your feedback
